100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Curico Valley in the Valle Central region.
Grapes were cold soaked for 6 to 12 hours to extract aromas and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for two weeks. The wine was kept in contact with its lees to add roundness on the palate.
This refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon in colour. The palate is bright and lifted with a good balance of zesty citrus fruit and racy acidity.
