A blend of Pinot Gris, Merlot and Malbec from vineyards in the Hawkes Bay region.
After gentle crushing parcels were soaked on skins, pressed and settled for 48 hours prior to racking clean juice to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was kept cool, between 15-16°C. The delicate pink hue has been carefully managed throughout the winemaking process to ensure it remains true and bright. After blending, it was lightly fined and filtered before bottling.
A wonderfully summery Rosé. Has bright floral aromas with flavours of strawberry, red fruits and spice, generous mouthfeel and a delicious smooth finish.
