Fruit was gently pressed and juice cool-fermented to retain flavour and aroma. Lees ageing of some components prior to bottling has developed mid-palate weight, adding to the intense fruit characters.
Intense aromas of passionfruit and citrus lead into a palate showing vibrant, tropical fruit flavours. An approachable and distinctive wine that expresses classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc characters.
