The juice was settled for clarity and cool fermented to retain the fruit's intense varietal characters. The wine was aged briefly on yeast lees before bottling to enhance palate texture and complexity.
Floral and lime aromas combine with citrus flavours on the palate in this elegant and dry-styled Riesling. A touch of residual sugar is balanced and underpinned by a taut natural acidity delivering a dry finish on the palate.
