100% Riesling sourced from from vineyards in the Dog Point, Omaka and Brancott Valley areas of Marlborough.
Fruit was harvested at optimum flavour and each batch tank fermented separately at cool temperatures using selected yeast strains to retain freshness and intensity. After ferment all of the batches were assessed with the best being used for blending. Then balanced, stabilised and prepared for bottling.
An off-dry style with wide appeal for Riesling lovers. Bright citrus aromas of sweet lime and mandarin, with hints of fresh spring flowers and honeysuckle. On the palate, characters of ripe lime, zesty lemon and grapefruit combine with a distinct mineral note. Finishes with refreshing acidity.
