100% Shiraz sourced from three premium vineyards in the sub-regions of Koonunga, Tanunda and Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.
Fruit was machine harvested across the sites and combined upon arrival at the winery. Fermented on skins for 7 days to maximise colour and flavour, then aged for 12 months in French oak hogsheads.
A deeply coloured limited release Shiraz showing dark forest fruit and chocolate flavours, with a classical fine tannin finish. The richly structured palate means it is drinking beautifully already, although has the capacity to benefit from time in the cellar.
