100% Riesling grown in two vineyards, the Om Santi and Palliser Vineyard in the Martinborough region.
Upon harvest the fruit was crushed and pressed, and given a short period of time on skins. Cool-fermented in stainless steel, and aged 6 months on lees.
Pure and clear aromas of white florals, limes and mouthwatering mineral and flinty lees notes. This is beautifully delicate, and unveils honeysuckle elements in the glass. The palate is medium-dry to taste, up-front and finely proportioned fruit flavours of limes and lemonade with yellow florals, honeysuckle and minerals. A refined, concentrated and lingering dry finish.
