100% Sauvignon Blanc from a single vineyard in Zapallar located 7 kilometres from the coast in Aconcagua.
Grapes were cold soaked for 12 hours to extract aromas and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. The wine was kept in contact with its lees to give it some roundness on the palate.
An intense and lively pungent Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of capsicum, lime, grapefruit and hints of asparagus. The palate is wonderfully textured and minerally, with bracing acidity and excellent concentration.
