Fruit was cold soaked for 6-12 hours to extract aromas, then fermented at 10°C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. The wine was kept in contact with its lees to add roundness on the palate.
Intense aromatics of herbs and cut grass on the nose, with grapefruit, lime and white peach on the palate. This medium bodied white has racy acidity and a clean finish.
