Fruit was harvested in the cool of night to preserve flavour, and pressed with minimal skin contact. Each block was processed separately throughout winemaking. Fermentations were carried out at low temperatures and when all tanks had completed, they were proportionately blended, fined, stabilised and bottled.
Tropical melon and pineapple aromas, passionfruit and lifted citrus tempt the senses. Packed with fruit sweetness, balanced by mouth-watering acidity and a fresh, zesty, lingering ﬁnish.
