100% Chardonnay from the Gualtallary area of the Valle de Uco region of Mendoza.
Hand-harvested grapes were manually sorted at the winery. A third underwent pre-fermentative maceration for 6 hours at 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation lasted for 20 to 30 days at temperatures ranging between 10-13°C. A third of the finished wine was then transferred to French oak for barrel ageing.
Offers aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple as well as peach and citrus notes, all of which blend with light and elegant aromas from the oak ageing. Silky on the palate, with well-balanced acidity leading to a long and refreshing fruity finish.
