100% Torrontés sourced from the prestigious Cafayate Valley of Salta.
Grapes were hand harvested and manually sorted. 15% underwent pre-fermentation maceration for 4 hours at 8°C to extract varietal aromatics. Alcoholic fermentation followed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 20 days at cool temperatures between 12-16°C to retain primary fruit aromas. No oak was used.
High aromatic intensity, full of fresh peaches and orange peel, accompanied by the characteristic floral notes of this variety. These fruity notes reappear on the fresh palate with balanced acidity, for an overall sensation of a very long and pleasing finish.
