Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards situated in the Agrelo zone of Mendoza, Argentina.
Grapes were handpicked and transported in 300kg bins to avoid damaging the fruit and keep it intact for manual selection in the cellar. Fermentation and maceration lasted approximately one month. Once fermentation was complete, 40% of the wine was aged for six months in French oak barrels, after which the wine was lightly filtered.
Fresh red fruits intermingle with aromas of tobacco and spices. On the palate, the wine is soft and vibrant. The long, captivating finish has great complexity and spicy notes, typical of the variety.
