100% Pinot Gris sourced from cooler Willamette Valley sites and from the warmer climate of the Rogue Valley within Oregon.
The must was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts propagated from cellars in Burgundy. It was held in tank until bottling, to maximise the fresh fruit character.
An expressively aromatic wine, with floral and tropical fruit aromas preceding flavours of mandarin and honeydew melon. The palate is mouthwatering and enticing, with bright acidity and broad texture combining throughout for a lingering finish.
