A blend of Chenin Blanc and Semillon grown on Bianchi's own estate of 350 hectares in San Rafael, to the south of Mendoza city.
Hand-picked fruit was crushed, the must was cooled and cold maceration took place before pressing. The lees were separated by cold settling and selected yeasts were inoculated for fermentation. After the final blend was complete, the wine was bottled to preserve the fresh fruit characters.
A fragrant bouquet opening with excellent fruit aromas which continue onto the palate. Nicely balanced fruit, with soft acidity and a dry yet fresh mouthfeel leading to a clean, lingering finish.
