A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grown on Bianchi's own estate of 350 hectares in San Rafael, to the south of Mendoza city.
Fruit was crushed before fermentation of nearly two weeks and the extended maceration on the skins took place. The free-run juice was drained off before the remainder was pressed and racked. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks to ensure the fresh, juicy red and black fruit character was retained. Lightly filtered before bottling.
The enticing berry fruit aromatics are followed by a robust, intense palate with good intensity, a velvety structure and a pleasingly complex array of flavours.
