Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay grapes from premium vineyards in the heart of the Russian River Valley area of Sonoma County, California.
The juice was fermented in a combination of 50% stainless steel tanks and 50% French oak barrels, which 15% were new. The barrel fermented portion of wine was aged for 9 months and achieved full malolactic conversion. These techniques have contributed to an intricately layered and delicately nuanced wine.
Beautiful pale straw in colour, the nose immediately entices with rich aromas of key lime, white peach, and baked apple pie. Upon the first sip, a flinty brightness balances the creamy apple. Subtle soft oak helps carry it to a long, lingering finish.
