58% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Verdelho from the Mangan vineyard in Margaret River, Western Australia, owned and managed by Rick Cullen.
Fruit was dry farmed, hand-harvested and sorted before crushing. The Semillon was fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and 9% of the blend was aged in 1 year old oak barrels for 4 months.
Complex aromas of tropical feijoa notes, freshly cut grass and lemon citrus. The palate has a lovely creamy texture and displays intense notes of limes, lemon and peaches. These pure fruits are sustained on a long crisp finish.
