100% Glera grapes (also known as Prosecco) grown primarily on the hills south of Vicenza, in the Colli Berici region of Veneto.
Grapes were harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. A cool and slow temperature controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation took place in sealed tanks using the Charmat method.
This lightly sparkling wine is delicate pale straw in colour. The nose is vibrant and fresh with aromas of Williams pear. It has a fresh and fruity palate with a delicate mousse, finishing with a hint of sweetness.
